Paul has over 20 years experience of delivering IT Customer Services, Digital Product Delivery, Project and Programme Management to the NHS, both at a local and national level. As Head of IT Operations at N3i, Paul is responsible for the Service Desk, IT Field Services, DOTS (Digital Optimisation, Training and Support), and Digital Development teams. Outside of N3i, Paul likes to spend time with his family, travelling, photography and music.

Dean is Head of Digital Delivery, specialising in developing new services, business change and onboarding new customers to N3i. Prior to joining the team, Dean spent 9 years co-founding and building a successful healthcare IT service in the region. Over a 20 year career in IT, Dean has gained qualifications in Software Engineering, Project Management, Risk Management and Information Security.

Kevin is one of the Directors at N3i. Along side his N3i director role Kevin is also the Assistant Director of IT for City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP) one of the parent companies of N3i. He has the overall responsibility for the management of the IT Operations Service function in CHCP and N3i, leading on the development of services, technical and IT operational of both businesses.
With over 22 years’ experience in IT service management and 18 years working in healthcare IT and IT Security.

With formal qualifications in Data Protection and GDPR Barry understands the challenges they face from completing the Data Security & Protection Toolkit, to dealing with requests from patients, the Police, solicitors and others for access to patient records, and now working with Primary Care Networks and finding their place in the wider Integrated Care Systems.
